Linnea Sahlberg Joins Moro VC as Partner

Moro VC is thrilled to announce that Linnea Sahlberg has joined the firm as a Partner, bringing deep operating and investing experience to its growing Nordic team.

Linneas experience

Prior to joining Moro VC, Linnea was Head of Strategy at fintech scale-up Nordledger, where she helped drive the company’s expansion into six new markets and played a key role in their €45M Series B raise. Before that, she spent four years at Polar Capital as a Principal, leading investments in early-stage SaaS and climate-tech companies across Northern Europe.

Linnea brings the rare combination of sharp investment instincts and genuine empathy for founders. She understands what it takes to build category-defining companies from zero to scale—especially in the Nordic context.

Linnea will operate from our new Helsinki office

Based in Helsinki, Linnea will focus on backing product-obsessed early-stage teams across Finland, Sweden, and the Baltics. She is particularly excited about founder-led innovation in B2B software, fintech infrastructure, and sustainable technologies.
